  • Document processing
    • We review whether the target is the field that the business unit needs, focusing on the current needs of each business unit.
    • The application form will be used as an interview sheet during the interview, so please fill it out honestly and accurately.
    • In particular, for experienced employees, you must describe in detail the job description of your previous job.
  • Interview process
    • The interviewers are basically composed of five people, including the president, the heads of each business division, and the head of the human resources department. If necessary, the vice president of the assigned department may also be an interviewer.
    • The interview evaluates personal character and professional knowledge, and is limited to one time, except in special cases.
  • Health checkup
    • Applicants who pass the interview must undergo a health examination at a hospital designated by the company. If the results indicate that the applicant is unable to perform his/her duties, the acceptance and employment may be cancelled.
